Accessibility

1. Our commitment

Chubby Club aims to make its first-party digital Services accessible to people with disabilities, including people using assistive technology. This shared statement covers our websites, apps, member and business tools. It is a commitment and a description of the available assessments, not a certification that every Service fully conforms.

Our shared engineering target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The public directory’s existing statement targets WCAG 2.1 AA and higher contrast where practical. Its existing assessment is not reclassified as a completed WCAG 2.2 audit by this consolidation. Applicable accessibility obligations depend on the Service and jurisdiction, including relevant US and Canadian laws.

2. Design and testing

Our work includes semantic headings and landmarks, skip links, keyboard navigation and visible focus, accessible labels, readable contrast, alternative text, reduced-motion preferences, zoom and responsive layouts. Automated checks support manual keyboard and assistive-technology testing; they cannot establish complete conformance alone.

Partner describes automated WCAG A/AA checks and manual review. My Chubby Club’s September 7, 2026 public-page checks found no serious or critical axe violations; its fixture checks covered mobile reflow, 200% text sizing, text spacing, reduced motion and touch targets. End-to-end screen-reader use with authenticated production accounts was not fully assessed.

3. Known limitations and compatibility

• Third-party identity, social, map, signature, reservation and other embedded experiences are outside our direct control. We raise reported barriers with their providers.
• Some Partner tables require horizontal scrolling on small screens; its application flow remains under ongoing testing.
• Refer’s source does not document a completed limitations assessment. Absence of listed issues is not evidence of conformance.
• The public directory describes compatibility with current and prior major versions of Safari with VoiceOver, Chrome with TalkBack or NVDA, Firefox with NVDA or JAWS, and Edge with Narrator. This is not a verified compatibility matrix for every app.

Physical accessibility at independently operated restaurant locations is the restaurant operator’s responsibility. Contact the relevant location for on-premises accessibility and accommodations.

4. Feedback and accessible alternatives

Tell us the affected URL or app, the task you were trying to complete, the barrier and, if useful, the browser or assistive technology. We will work with you to provide an accessible alternative where possible. Do not include passwords or private account records.

We update this statement as assessments, known barriers and remediation change. The shared draft does not assert that an independent accessibility audit has been completed across all Services.
