Service Providers

1. How to read this list

This is the shared list of providers named in Chubby Club’s imported notices. A provider receives information only for the feature and role described. Listing a vendor does not mean every app sends it personal information, that every integration is enabled, or that an independent destination is acting as our processor.

The regional descriptions below come from the existing notices. The complete vendor inventory, contractual terms, transfer arrangements and retention settings must be confirmed before this consolidated draft is approved. Refer’s processor list remains incomplete.

2. Platform and business providers

The following inventory combines the Partner and Admin disclosures by provider while retaining their separate purposes, data categories, locations and privacy-policy links:

3. Other disclosed features

• Vercel: hosts and delivers My Chubby Club and Plus and processes operational request data. The public directory additionally uses consent-gated Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
• Supabase: database hosting for the public directory. Its source states that Supabase and Vercel may transiently log IP addresses while serving requests; those provider logs are not used by Chubby Club to build advertising or marketing profiles.
• PostHog: optional My Chubby Club performance/viewport analytics after consent, with in-memory identifiers and no replay or automatic interaction capture. This differs from Admin’s disclosed analytics configuration.
• Microsoft Clarity: optional privacy-masked heatmaps and interaction/session diagnostics for the public directory after analytics consent, with advertising storage denied.
• Sentry: technical Plus error reports only if configured, without intentionally sending membership information from the public lander. Legal’s optional error-reporting configuration and hosting-log practices still require confirmed coverage.
• Google Maps Platform: optional configured Plus venue mapping and Partner mapping. Network/device information and map interactions may be processed; Partner map use can involve precise coordinates when browser permission is given.
• Reddit, Google/YouTube and Twitch: My Chubby Club social linking remains unavailable. These are supported adapters, not a claim of current data transfer. Authorization, permissions and notices must be confirmed before enablement.

4. Independent destinations and first-party services

Apple App Store, Google Play, Yelp, directions providers, social networks, restaurant operators and third-party transaction platforms may collect information under their own policies after you use their services. Chubby Club identity, membership and venue-directory APIs are first-party platform services, not independent vendors. Plus’s public venue-directory request does not send the visitor’s member identity.

5. Updates and requests

For Partner, the existing advance-notice commitment is retained:

Partners who wish to receive advance notice of changes to this list may subscribe to change notices by emailing legal@chubbyclub.com with the subject line “Subprocessor change notices.”

Providers, purposes and data categories must be updated before a materially different integration is enabled, with notices and consent where required. To ask about a provider, object where applicable, or exercise a privacy right, use the contact for your relationship. Admin’s existing provider notice directs objections to privacy@chubbyclub.com; Partner uses legal@chubbyclub.com.
