1. Requests you can make
Subject to applicable law, you may request confirmation and access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or specified profiling, and appeal a denial. Rights and exceptions depend on where you live and the information involved. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Use the existing contact for your relationship below. A shared document does not automatically consolidate accounts or erase records across all Services.
2. Where to send your request
- Reserve, Verify, My Chubby Club, Create and Admin: privacy@chubbyclub.com.
- Plus and Refer: privacy@chubbygroup.com.
- Partner: legal@chubbyclub.com.
- Public directory: support@chubbyclub.com.
- Legal and help identifying the correct contact: legal@chubbyclub.com.
Include the right you wish to exercise, the Service involved, your associated email or business relationship, and your state, province or territory. Do not email passwords, full tax identifiers, payment-card details, government identification or other highly sensitive documents. If more information is needed, the team will request the minimum necessary through an appropriate process.
3. Verification and authorized agents
Access, correction and deletion requests are verified as appropriate to the information’s sensitivity, for example by confirming control of the account email or comparing limited information already held. A new account is not required solely to make a request. If verification cannot be completed, we will explain what is missing. Opt-out signals and requests are handled according to their applicable rules.
An authorized agent may act where law permits. Written proof of authority and confirmation from you may be required. Verification is used to protect records, not to discourage rights requests.
4. Response times
We respond within applicable legal timeframes. Partner’s existing process specifies acknowledgment within 10 business days, a substantive response within 45 calendar days for covered US requests and a single additional 45-day extension when permitted, with reasons and notice during the initial period. Its PIPEDA process specifies 30 days and notices of any permitted extension, revised deadline and complaint rights. Admin’s notice states a 30-day response.
These source commitments are retained for their stated scope; this draft does not apply a longer deadline to a request governed by a shorter one. Opt-outs are actioned without undue delay and within applicable statutory periods.
5. Deletion and retention exceptions
A granted deletion request may require action in identity, membership, partner, CRM and support systems and instructions to relevant providers. Submission alone does not immediately erase every record. Information may be retained when permitted to complete a transaction, perform a contract, meet legal/tax/accounting duties, prevent fraud and security incidents, defend claims or support compatible uses allowed by law. If a request is denied in whole or part, the applicable exception will be explained.
6. Appeals and complaints
Reply to the decision and state that you are appealing. Where an appeal right applies, it will be handled within applicable deadlines. Partner’s process calls for a reviewer who was not involved in the original decision and escalation to legal@chubbyclub.com.
You may contact your state attorney general or relevant privacy regulator, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information. Quebec language rights and privacy-officer arrangements described in the Privacy Policy remain applicable.
