1. Manage your privacy choices

You can decline or withdraw optional processing on the Service you use. This Legal site explains the choices; it does not save consent, change your account or submit an opt-out for you. Follow the links below to the existing controls.

Some controlled Chubby Club subdomains share a signed, identity-free preference. Account sessions remain local. Choices may not carry between unrelated domains, devices or browsers; Refer uses a different domain. A no-tracking public page may have no optional categories to switch on or off.

3. Global Privacy Control and other signals

Global Privacy Control is honored as an opt-out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising where applicable. The source notices state that personal information is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not ask you to override GPC.

My Chubby Club, Create and the public directory additionally suppress optional analytics when GPC is present. The public directory also suppresses optional browser and first-party analytics when Do Not Track is present. Clearing browser storage can remove a saved choice; your browser signal can still apply on the next visit.

4. Partner opt-outs and sensitive information

The following commitments apply to Partner, including choices saved before a practice changes and signals associated with an account:

Because of these practices, no action is needed to opt out today. Even so, we maintain the opt-out mechanisms described below so that your choice is recorded and will be honored if our practices ever change. If we ever begin selling personal information or sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we will update this page and the Privacy Policy before doing so, and any opt-out preference you have already registered will be respected.

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or browser extension transmits a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser, and — where we can associate the signal with your account — for your account as well. No further action is required on your part to make the signal effective.

You may submit a request to opt out of the sale of your personal information and of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though we do not currently engage in either practice. We will record your preference and apply it now and in the future. To submit a request, email legal@chubbyclub.com with the subject line “Privacy rights request” and state that you are opting out of sale or sharing.

We collect only the sensitive personal information needed to operate the partner program, such as account credentials, and we use it only for purposes permitted by applicable law — providing the services you request, maintaining security and integrity, and complying with legal obligations. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). If that changes, we will provide a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” mechanism before doing so.

5. Requests about your information

Access, correction, deletion, portability, authorized-agent requests and appeals follow the process in Data Requests & Deletion. A cookie choice does not delete account or business records. Read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for purposes, retention and storage.
