Purpose and Scope
This Required Member Benefits & Redemption Tiers policy is issued by Chubby Club LLC (“Chubby Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and sets forth the minimum Member benefits and redemption tiers that each participating Location must offer. The current benefit catalogs available to Members are surfaced in the Chubby Club App; this policy governs the required minimums that those catalogs must satisfy. This policy applies in the United States and Canada.
Definitions
- Member means an individual enrolled in the Program through the Chubby Club App.
- Partner means the business entity that has entered into the Partner Terms (MSA) with Chubby Club under a signed Order Form.
- Location means each venue operated by or on behalf of a Partner and identified in the applicable Order Form as participating in the Program.
- Program means the Chubby Club loyalty program, including the PLUS membership tier, operated by Chubby Club.
- Order Form means the signed ordering document between Chubby Club and a Partner that identifies participating Locations and sets forth the economic and transaction-specific terms of participation.
- Valid Redemption means a redemption presented through the Chubby Club App or partner portal that has not expired and complies with the Points Earning & Redemption Rules.
- PLUS Member means a Member enrolled in the paid PLUS membership tier of the Program.
1. Minimum Redemption Tiers
Each Location must offer redemptions across at least the following tiers:

The specific items offered within each tier are configured per Location in the Chubby Club App and must meet or exceed these minimums at all times.
2. Redemption Framework
- Redemption value: $0.01 USD per point.
- Minimum redemption: 250 points, redeemable in increments of 250 points.
- Locations must honor all Valid Redemptions and may not add restrictions beyond those established by Chubby Club, including location-specific, shift-specific, or day-part restrictions.
3. Points Earning
The base points-earning rate for each Location is set in the applicable Order Form. Points earning and redemption mechanics are governed by the Points Earning & Redemption Rules.
4. PLUS Membership Benefits
Each Location must honor the following benefits for PLUS Members:
- Member-exclusive pricing where offered through the Chubby Club App.
- 2× points multiplier on all eligible purchases, applied automatically by the Platform.
- 3,000 annual redemption credits, issued as 250 points per month.
- 3,000 birthday bonus points. PLUS Members receive 3,000 birthday bonus points in addition to the standard Birthday Reward.
- One complimentary Chubby Tea perk per calendar month, redeemable at participating Chubby Tea locations.
PLUS benefits are verified and applied through the Chubby Club App. Staff must verify PLUS status through the App rather than relying on Member self-attestation.
5. Benefit Catalogs
Chubby Club maintains and surfaces the current benefit catalogs for each Location in the Chubby Club App. Chubby Club may adjust catalog items in coordination with the Location, provided the minimums in this policy remain satisfied.
6. Support and Escalations
Questions and escalations relating to required benefits, redemption tiers, or catalog configuration should be directed to legal@chubbyclub.com or submitted through the partner portal.
7. Changes to This Policy
Chubby Club may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Partners through the partner portal or by email at least 30 days before they take effect, except where a shorter period is required to address fraud, security, or legal compliance. The “Effective date” above reflects the current version. Continued participation in the Program after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the change.
8. Relationship to Other Agreements
This policy is incorporated by reference into the Partner Terms (MSA) and applies to each Location identified in, and as provided by, the signed Order Form. In the event of a conflict, the order of precedence is: the signed Order Form, then the Partner Terms (MSA), then this policy.
